BRTC Eid special service starts June 13

On the occasion of the upcoming holy Eid-ul-Azha, Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) has organized 'Eid Special Service' from June 13 to ensure easy and comfortable journey of the people at home.

Advance ticket sales have started from Monday from the respective depots of BRTC and Eid service buses will run till June 18.

Arrangements have been made to sell advance tickets for the following routes (from Dhaka) from Motijheel, Joarsahara, Kalyanpur, Gabtali, Mohammadpur, Mirpur, and Jatrabari in Dhaka, as well as Gazipur and Narayanganj’s BRTC bus depots.

From Motijheel BRTC bus depot, tickets for Dhaka-Rangpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh, Naogaon, Kushtia, Barisal, Gopalganj, Jaipurhat, Jamalpur and Kalmakanda routes will be sold.

From Kalyanpur bus depot, tickets for Dhaka-Rajshahi, Naogaon, Netrakona, Syedpur, Thakurgaon, Barisal, Gopalganj, Gaibandha, Bogra, Rangpur, Lalmonirhat, Kurigram, Kushtia, Nagarpur, Paturia and Nalitabari routes will be sold.

From Gabtali bus depot, tickets for Dhaka-Rangpur, Bhatiapara and Paturia routes will be sold.

From Jorsahara bus depot, tickets for Dhaka-Rangpur, Dinajpur, Naogaon, and Mymensingh will be sold while from Gulistan BRTC depot, tickets for Dhaka-Barishal and Bogura routes will be sold.

From Mirpur bus depot, tickets for Dhaka-Thakurgaon, Rangpur, Panchagarh, Swarupkathi, Gopalganj and Bogra routes will be sold.

From Mohammadpur bus depot, tickets for Dhaka-Rangpur, Dinajpur, Lalmonirhat, Bogura, Naogaon, Barishal, Khulna, Gopalganj and Mymensingh routes will be sold.

From Gazipur BRTC bus depot, tickets for Gazipur-Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Bogura and Mymensingh routes will be sold while from Jatrabari depot, tickets for Dhaka-Rangpur, Dinajpur, Khulna, Kurigram, Bhanga and Barishal routes will be sold.

From Narayanganj BRTC depot at Chashara, tickets for Dhaka-Bhanga (Faridpur), Barishal, Habiganj, Rangpur, Lalmonirhat, Naogaon, Netrokona and Bogura routes will be sold.

The BRTC has requested home-bound passengers from Dhaka to take the 'Eid Special Service' of BRTC.
