Court orders to confiscate Russell-Shamima’s assets

A Dhaka court has ordered to confiscate the assets of Evaly Managing Director (MD) Mohammad Russell and chairman Shamima Nasreen in a fraud case.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Begum Farha Diba passed the order on Thursday after hearing the case.

Earlier on February 15, the court issued arrest warrants against the Evaly MD and his wife in three separate cases filed on charges of fraud.
