Declaration of July uprising to be prepared by govt: CA’s press wing

The interim government has taken an initiative to prepare a declaration of the July uprising based on national consensus.

This declaration will be adopted to consolidate the unity of people formed through the July uprising, the anti-fascist spirit and the desire for state reform, according to CA’s press wing.

The declaration will be prepared based on the opinions of all students, political parties and parties including the anti-discrimination student movement that led the mass uprising.

It will express the perspective of the July uprising, the basis of unity and the aspirations of people, it said.

The government hopes that this declaration will be prepared unanimously within a few days with the participation of all and presented before the nation.
