Dhaka College, Ideal College students clash again

The students of Dhaka College and Ideal College in the capital have clashed with each other again.

The clash took place between the students of two colleges in the science laboratory area on Sunday (September 15) afternoon.

According to the police, students of Ideal College vandalised a bus of Dhaka College in Jigatala area of Dhanmondi. Later, when the students of Dhaka College went to the Science Laboratory area, they were chased back and forth with the students of Ideal College. Some were injured during the chase.

Tariq Latif, Assistant Commissioner of Newmarket Zone of DMP, told the media that there was a clash between students of the two colleges. Later, the issue was resolved by sitting with the teachers and students.

According to police sources, Ideal College has been declared closed for five days due to today's clash.

Earlier on Tuesday noon in the last week, at least 18 people were injured in a clash at Science Laboratory area, between students of Dhaka College and Ideal College.
