Experimental trains to run from Bhanga to Jashore on Saturday, Sunday
Experimental trains will run today and tomorrow (Saturday and Sunday) on Bhanga-Narail-Jashore section of Dhaka-Jashore railway, says a press release.
However, trains are already running up to the breaking point of this railway.
According to the release of the Padma Bridge Rail Link Project Authority, on March 30 and 31, experimental trains will run at high speed from Bhanga railway station in Faridpur to Rupdia railway station in Jashore. At this time, the speed of the train will be 120km per hour. Public movement on railway tracks is completely prohibited during train operation.
It further states that the residents of Padma Bridge Rail Link Project and general families traveling in the area are specially requested to keep their children, elderly, mentally challenged (if any) and domestic animals under their control to avoid any kind of accident or untoward incident during the trial run of the train.
