Fire cases to be settled quickly: Anisul Haque

Law Minister Anisul Haque has assured that the fire case will be settled quickly.

Anisul Haque came up with the remark while talking to the reporters after participating in the first session of the third day of the District Commissioner's Conference at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium on Tuesday (March 5).

When asked whether there has been a discussion about the legal problems faced by the District Administrators when they work at the field level, the Law Minister said, "They have asked some specific questions. They are very minor issues. For example, what should be done in disposal of the seized goods. We have talked about e-judiciary and the benefits there will be."

He said, "There is a case against the Mobile Court Act, we will take immediate steps to settle it."

After the recent fire incidents, general people are saying that the incidents are occurring due to lack of rule of law. Regarding the matter Anisul Haque said, "If a case is began in the court after the investigation, I want to assure you that the necessary instructions will be given to our prosecution to dispose of this case quickly."
