National Citizens Party (NCP)’s Southern Region Chief Organiser Hasnat Abdullah has announced Saturday's activities to press home their 3-point demand. In a Facebook post on Friday night, he wrote that a mass gathering will be held at Shahbagh from 3pm. Besides, students and people will gather at spots associated with the July Uprising across the country, reports UNB. The three demands are: 1. Awami League should be declared a terrorist organisation and banned. 2. A provision for party-based trials of Awami League should be added to the International Crimes Tribunal Act. 3. The 'July Declaration' should be issued. Earlier, protesters blocked the Shahbagh intersection around 4:40 pm on Friday, demanding a ban on the Awami League (AL), and vowing to continue their sit-in until their demands are met.

তিন দফা দাবিতে আগামীকাল শনিবার সারা দেশে গণজমায়েত কর্মসূচি ঘোষণা করেছেন জাতীয় নাগরিক পার্টির দক্ষিণাঞ্চলের মুখ্য সংগঠক হাসনাত আব্দুল্লাহ। কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে বিকেল তিনটায় শাহবাগ মোড়ে গণজমায়েত হবে বলে জানান তিনি। শুক্রবার রাত ১১টার দিকে শাহবাগ মোড়ে অবরোধ কর্মসূচিতে হাসনাত আব্দুল্লাহ এ ঘোষণা দেন।&nbsp; এ ছাড়া দাবি আদায়ে অবস্থান কর্মসূচি চলমান থাকবে বলে জানান ফেসবুক পোস্টে। হাসনাত বলেন, ‘আমাদের অবস্থানের ২৫ ঘণ্টা পার হয়েছে। আমরা জানি না আর কতক্ষণ থাকতে হবে। আমরা তিন দফা দাবি আওয়ামী লীগকে সন্ত্রাসী সংগঠন ঘোষণা করে নিষিদ্ধ করতে হবে। আন্তর্জাতিক অপরাধ ট্রাইব্যুনাল আইনে আওয়ামী লীগের দলগত বিচারের বিধান যুক্ত করতে হবে। জুলাই ঘোষণাপত্র জারি করতে হবে। দাবি আদায় না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আমাদের অবস্থান চলবে।’ কর্মসূচিতে তিন দফা দাবিতে অবস্থান কর্মসূচি চালিয়ে যাওয়ার ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন জুলাই ঐক্যের এবি জুবায়ের। এ ছাড়া রাত সাড়ে ১১টায় ইনকিলাব মঞ্চ জুলাই অভ্যুত্থান নিয়ে ভিডিও চিত্র প্রদর্শনী করেছে।
