He also added a form in the comments of the post on Facebook. The form, titled 'A New Bangladesh in Your Eyes', sought advice on what the name and symbol of the new political party could be, as well as expectations and several opinions from the new political party.
Meanwhile, a week-long program was announced at a press conference in Wednesday afternoon to gather public opinion on forming a new political party led by students and youth. In addition to collecting at least 100,000 public opinions on forming a new political party, people from all walks of life were invited to propose the name and symbol of the new political party.
At the press conference held at Bangla Motor in the capital in Wednesday afternoon, National Citizens Committee convener Nasiruddin Patwary said that a new political party is going to be launched in February under the leadership of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement and the National Citizens Committee. To join the party, the advisors must resign from their government posts.
Nasiruddin Patwary said, we will go to 100,000 people. At that time, Hasnat Abdullah, convener of the anti-discrimination student movement, said, "Although fascism was eliminated in the July movement, it is still present in various places. We have not yet achieved complete victory. Political parties and political structures have failed to capture the hopes and aspirations of the people. I have decided to form a new party keeping in mind the hopes and aspirations of my people, keeping in mind the spirit of the post-2024 era."
