Islami Bank inaugurates a month-long entrepreneurship program
Islami Bank Training and Research Academy (IBTRA) inaugurated a month-long Entrepreneurship Development Program under the supervision of Bangladesh Bank on May 18, 2025, Sunday. Md. Amir Uddin, executive director of Bangladesh Bank inaugurated the program as the chief guest. Md. Altaf Hossain, additional managing director of Islami Bank presided over the program while Md. Nazrul Islam, additional director and Md. Nurul Kowser Saief , joint director of Bangladesh Bank addressed the program. K.M. Munirul Alam Al-Mamoon, deputy managing director & director general of IBTRA thanked the audience and Md. Mizanur Rahman Mizi, executive vice president of Islami Bank addressed the welcome speech. Mohammad Rezaul Karim, vice president also addressed the program. A total of 25 potential entrepreneurs are participating in the 1st batch of the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program (SICIP) project, a joint initiative of Ministry of Finance of the Government of Bangladesh and Bangladesh Development Bank.
