The mobile court was conducted by DNCC Executive Magistrates Zulkar Nayan and Mahmudul Hasan in collaboration with Fires Service and Civil Defence at different restaurants in Gulshan and Banani areas of Dhaka on Wednesday (March 6).
At the beginning of the drive, the mobile court went to Hossain Bhaban at Gulshan-2 where eight restaurants including Kachchi Bhai are located in the five-storey building.

The executive magistrate said during the drive, they are inspecting various issues including the fire safety system of the restaurants in Gulshan and surrounding areas.
He said, "We fined Sonargaon General Store Tk 50,000 for keeping goods on the ground floor of the seven-storey 'Seba House' building in Gulshan. Besides, Dhansiri was fined Tk 40,000 due to inadequate firefighting system and poor environment in the restaurant kitchen.”
