BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has been admitted to Evercare Hospital in Dhaka as her health conditions deteriorated around midnight. Khaleda Zia's medical team physician Prof AZM Zahid Hossain&nbsp;confirmed the matter. He said doctors decided to admit Khaleda Zia after seeing her physical condition. She is now in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU).&nbsp; This is the second time in a month that the former prime minister has been admitted to the hospital.

বিএনপি চেয়ারপারসন খালেদা জিয়ার শারীরিক অবস্থার অবনতি হয়েছে। শনিবার (৩০ মার্চ) দিবাগত রাত ৩টার দিকে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি করা হয়েছে তাকে। খালেদা জিয়ার ব্যক্তিগত চিকিৎসক এ জেড এম জাহিদ হোসেন এ তথ্য জানিয়েছেন। মেডিকেল বোর্ডের পরামর্শে তাকে এভারকেয়ার হাসপাতালে নেওয়া হয়েছে। বিএনপি চেয়ারপারসনের প্রেস উইংয়ের কর্মকর্তা শায়রুল কবির খান তাকে হাসতাপালে ভর্তির তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন। গত বুধবারও খালেদা জিয়ার শারীরিক অবস্থার অবনতি হয়। এরপর চিকিৎসকদের মেডিকেল বোর্ডের সদস্যরা গুলশানে বাসভবনে রেখেই তার চিকিৎসা করছিলেন। চিকিৎসার জন্য খালেদা জিয়াকে বিদেশে নিতে পরিবার সরকারের কাছে আবেদন করলেও অনুমতি পায়নি। এর পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে লিভার সিরোসিসে আক্রান্ত খালেদা জিয়ার জন্য যুক্তরাষ্ট্র থেকে বিশেষজ্ঞ চিকিৎসক এনে রক্তনালিতে অস্ত্রোপচার করা হয়েছিল।
