Light rain or thundershower likely over country

Light rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over three southern divisions-Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram.

"Weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country," said a met office forecast for the next 24 hours begins from 9am on Tuesday.

Country's maximum temperature on Sunday was recorded 33.5 degree Celsius at Chattogram and minimum temperature 13.00 degree Celsius was recorded
at Tetulia.

The Cyclonic Storm "Michaung" (pronunciation: Migjaum) over the Southwest Bay and the adjoining areas moved North-Northwestwards and now lies over the West Central Bay of Bengal and the adjoining areas (near Lat: 13.3oN & Long: 81.1oE) at 6.00am on Tuesday.

It is likely to move North-Northwestwards and intensify further.
