Mashrafe sued for allegedly seizing ownership of BPL team
Former Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has been sued for allegedly 'forcibly taking over shares' of the Sylhet Strikers, a team in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).
Sarowar Golam Chowdhury, the former owner of the franchise, filed the case at the Pallabi police station in the capital, naming Mashrafe as the prime accused.
Sarowar Golam claims that the ownership of Future Sports Bangladesh Limited, the mother organization of the Sylhet Strikers, has been unlawfully seized from him.
