NCTB chairman made OSD

Professor AKM Reazul Hassan, Chairman of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB), has been transferred to serve as a Special Officer on Duty (OSD).

Prior to starting his post-retirement leave (PRL), Reazul Hassan was transferred to the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education under the Ministry of Education on Sunday (January 26).

The announcement was made through a notification signed by Md. Mahbub Alam, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Education.

The notification stated that, in order to facilitate his PRL, the following BCS (General Education) cadre officer has been transferred and appointed to the designated position and workplace with the same salary and pay scale until further notice.

Earlier, on August 31, Reazul Hassan was appointed as the Chairman of the National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB).
