Nipun-Jaya's 'Jimmi' is coming this Eid-ul-Fitr

The web series *Jimmi*, directed by filmmaker Ashfaque Nipun, is set to release this Eid-ul-Fitr. The popular actress Jaya Ahsan plays the lead role in this Hoichoi original series.

Hoichoi has announced in a press release that the series will be released on March 28. In this series, Jaya Ahsan plays the lead role for the first time.

Regarding her decision to act in the *Jimmi* series, Jaya Ahsan said, "Before starting any new project, I always consider three things—story, character, and director. Everything in *Jimmi* was to my liking. Especially, starting my web series journey with Hoichoi and its release on Eid—it all combines to make this a very special and exciting experience for me."

Meanwhile, filmmaker Ashfaque Nipun had previously gained fame for creating web series like *Mahanagar* and *Sabrina* on the same platform. This time, he has created the *Jimmi* web series, collaborating with Jaya Ahsan.

Regarding the new web series, Ashfaque Nipun said, "Through the creation of *Jimmi*, I have tried to tell a new kind of story. The series beautifully blends social realities, human emotions, and entertainment. I am sure the audience will have an experience of seeing something new."
