No assembly in primary schools during heat wave

The people of the country are suffering immensely due to the ongoing heat wave for several days. In such a situation, educational institutions across the country are opening on Sunday (April 21). The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has instructed not to arrange assembly of students so that they do not get sick after coming to school, according to a circular of the ministry issued on Saturday (April 20).

According to the circular, the ministry is keeping an eye on the ongoing heat wave across the country. In view of the situation, the assembly of all government primary schools in the country will remain closed until further instructions.
