Option to cancel Hajj visas introduced

Saudi e-Hajj system has launched the option to cancel the visas of pilgrims who have completed their visas for the 2025 Hajj. As a result of this option, if a pilgrim's visa needs to be canceled, it can be canceled.

This was announced in a letter signed by Mamun Al-Farooq, Deputy Secretary of the Hajj-1 Branch of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, on Thursday.

The message has been sent to all agencies conducting Hajj activities, owners and managing directors of lead agencies.

The letter states that an amount equivalent to 360 Saudi riyals paid for visa fees and electronic service fees will be deductible from the pilgrim who cancels the visa. The matter has been informed to all concerned, including pilgrims and Hajj agencies, by order.
