Somali pirates seize Bangladeshi ship with 23 sailors-crew

Bangladeshi ship MV Abdullah has been ‍seized by the pirates of Somalia in the Indian Ocean. A total of 23 Bangladeshi citizens are held hostage by the pirates on that ship. The ship belongs to the KSRM Group.

KSRM Deputy Managing Director Shahriar Jahan confirmed the matter. He said, "We came to know about the matter around 1.00pm on Tuesday (March 12)."

Shahriar Jahan also said that the Bangladeshi crew of the ship are fine.
