Patient deaths in hospitals increase alarmingly: HRC chairman

National Human Rights Commission (HRC) Chairman Dr Kamal Uddin Ahmed has commented that the death of patients in various hospitals in the country has increased at an alarming rate due to wrong treatment, negligence and carelessness of professionals concerned.
