In its most recent bulletin, the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has advised the maritime ports of Payra and Mongla to maintain great danger signal number ten as Cyclone Remal, initially a deep depression over the Bay of Bengal, has intensified into a cyclonic storm and is forecasted to make landfall on Sunday night.
