Temperature drops to 10.3 degrees Celsius in Panchgarh
Panchagarh has recorded the lowest temperature in the country this season. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature was recorded at 10.3 degrees Celsius at 9 am on Thursday (December 14). Earlier, the temperature was 10.5 degrees Celsius at 6 am.
Lowest temperature recorded in Tetulia
Country’s lowest temperature was recorded 12.8 degrees Celsius in Tetulia upazila of Panchagarh.
Dense fog to drive temperature lower
Temperatures across the country, especially in the northern and western regions, dropped due to heavy dense fog.
Lowest temperature 11.4°C recorded in Naogaon: Met office
The lowest temperature in the country was recorded at 11.4 degrees Celsius in Naogaon on Monday (December 11) which is the lowest this season. Naogaon's Badalgachi Meteorological Department confirmed it.
Rain likely in parts of the country, temperature may drop
Cyclone 'Migjaum' is over but it may rain in different parts of Bangladesh, said the Meteorological Department. Apart from this, it has been informed that night and day temperature may decrease by 1 to 3 degrees Celsius across the country.
Temperatures may drop over country in next 24 hours
The low-pressure over the Bay of Bengal has now turned into a deep low-pressure and remained over the same area. It may move further north-northeast and could intensify. As a result, there may be moderate to heavy rainfall in some parts of the country including the southern part. Day and night temperatures will drop slightly across the country.
