Fire breaks out at Ashulia garment factory

A fire has broken out at Ayesha Garments, a clothing factory in Ashulia, Savar. Six units of the fire service are working to bring the blaze under control. No casualties have been reported so far.

The incident occurred at 12:15pm on Monday, October 6, at the factory located opposite Fantasy Kingdom in the Jamgora area of Ashulia.

Confirming the matter, Sabuj Islam, a firefighter of Jirabo Modern Fire Service, told the media that they received information about the fire shortly after 12pm. Three units from Jirabo Fire Station and three from DEPZ are engaged in the firefighting operation.
