Inflation in the country has increased in November, especially the food inflation rose to about 14 percent. According to the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS), the country's overall inflation was 11.38 percent last month. In last October, the country's overall inflation was 10.87 percent. In the previous month, food inflation were 12.66 percent and non-food inflation were 9.34 percent. দেশে নভেম্বরে মূল্যস্ফীতি বৃদ্ধি পাওয়ায় খাদ্যে এটি ১৩ দশমিক ৮০ শতাংশ পৌঁছেছে। বাংলাদেশ পরিসংখ্যান ব্যুরো (বিবিএস) অনুযায়ী, গত মাসে দেশের মোট মূল্যস্ফীতি ছিল ১১ দশমিক ৩৮ শতাংশ। গত অক্টোবর মাসে দেশের মোট মূল্যস্ফীতি ছিল ১০ দশমিক ৮৭ শতাংশ। বিবিএস পরিসংখ্যান অনুসারে, নভেম্বরে দেশের খাদ্য মূল্যস্ফীতি ছিল ১৩ দশমিক ৮০ শতাংশ। এছাড়া নভেম্বর মাসে বাড়ি ভাড়া, আসবাবপত্র, গৃহস্থালি, চিকিৎসাসেবা, পরিবহন ও শিক্ষা উপকরণের দাম বেড়েছে। অক্টোবর মাসে এখাতে মূল্যস্ফীতিরে হার ছিল ৯ দশমিক ৩৪ শতাংশ, অথচ নভেম্বর মাসে বেড়ে যা হয়েছে ৯ দশমিক ৩৯ শতাংশ। গত বছরের নভেম্বরে খাদ্য এবং অন্য মূল্যস্ফীতি ছিল যথাক্রমে ১০ শতাংশ ৭৬ শতাংশ এবং ৮ দশমিক ১৬ শতাংশ। ২০২৩ সালের অগাস্টে খাদ্য মূল্যস্ফীতি বেড়ে ১২ দশমিক ৫৪ শতাংশ হয় যা ১২ বছরের মধ্যে সর্বোচ্চ ছিল। এর আগে খাদ্যে সর্বোচ্চ মূল্যস্ফীতি ছিল ২০১১ সালের অক্টোবরে। তখন ১২ দশমিক ৮২ শতাংশ মূল্যস্ফীতি দেখা যায়।
