Former Gulshan police inspector Aminul Islam arrested

Aminul Islam, the former Investigation Inspector of Gulshan Police Station in Dhaka, has been arrested by police. At the time of his arrest, he was serving as an inspector at the Tangail Police Training Center.

He was officially shown as arrested on Wednesday (September 10) afternoon at the Tangail Police Training Center.

According to police sources, he joined the training center on August 5. Later, a case was filed against him in a Dhaka court. An arrest warrant was issued in connection with that case, which reached the training center on Wednesday.

Abu Sayeed, Additional Superintendent of Police (Admin and Finance), stated that he was shown as arrested after receiving the warrant. He will soon be handed over to the Mirzapur Police Station.
