Four ADCs of DMP posted

The commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has given new responsibilities to four officers of the rank of additional deputy police commissioner (ADC) in the public interest. An office order in this regard was issued recently under the directive of the DMP commissioner.

Among the officers who got new responsibilities, Md Jahidul Islam has been posted as additional deputy police commissioner (Mirpur Zone) of Mirpur Division from the Intelligence and Analysis Division. Earlier he was performing duty in the Intelligence and Analysis Division.

Farzina Nasrin has been removed from the post of additional deputy police commissioner (Mirpur Zone) of Mirpur Division and made additional deputy police commissioner (Pallabi Zonal Team) of Detective-Mirpur Division. She will have to perform the responsibility of Pallabi Zonal Team in the new duty.

Aminul Haque Baki who was in the post of additional deputy police commissioner (Financial Crime Investigation) of Detective-Cyber and Special Crime Division has been posted as additional deputy police commissioner (Gulshan Zone) of Gulshan Division.

Md Sarwar Hossain, additional deputy police commissioner (Gulshan Zone) of Gulshan Division, has been given new responsibility as additional deputy police commissioner (Demra Zonal Team) of Detective-Wari Division. As a result change has come in the responsibilities of officers in field-level as well as detective activities of DMP.

The matter of new posting of the four officers has been informed in the office order signed by the DMP commissioner. Mentioning this change in the public interest the order has directed the concerned officers to join the new responsibilities.

It has been said to make the order effective immediately after issuance. Through the new posting this change has become effective among the officers in charge in various divisions and zones of DMP.
