Global Islami Bank holds 11th AGM

The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Global Islami Bank was held in a hybrid format on Tuesday (August 19) at the Banquet Hall of Kurmitola Golf Club in Dhaka.

The meeting was presided over by Independent Director and Chairman Mohammad Nurul Amin.

Independent Director and Vice Chairman Md. Zamal Mollah, Independent Director and Chairman of the Executive Committee Nurul Islam Khalifa, Independent Director Prof. Abu Hena Reza Hasan, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Mahamud Hosain FCA, Member Secretary of Shariah Supervisory Committee Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdus Samad, Managing Director (Current Charge) Ataus Samad, Deputy Managing Directors Sami Karim and A.F. Shabbir Ahmad, Company Secretary Md. Manjur Hossain and other distinguished shareholders and officials of the bank were present at the AGM among others.
