'Govt to recruit 10,000 primary school teachers by June'

The government will appoint 10,000 teachers in government primary schools within June to improve the quality of primary education, says Primary and Mass Education State Minister Rumana Ali.

She said: "The government has ensured every measures to make the appointment procedure fair."

She said this while visiting a examination centre at Cumilla Victoria College on Friday.

The written examination for the third phase of recruitment to the post of assistant teacher in government primary schools were held in 21 districts on Friday.
