The government has transferred 22 senior officers of Bangladesh Police. The transfers were confirmed in two separate notifications issued on Monday, December 8, by the Ministry of Home Affairs, signed by Deputy Secretary Md Mahbubur Rahman. The order takes immediate effect in public interest.

সরকার বাংলাদেশ পুলিশের ২২ ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাকে বদলি করেছে। সোমবার (৮ ডিসেম্বর) স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয় থেকে প্রকাশিত দুটি পৃথক প্রজ্ঞাপনে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়েছে। প্রজ্ঞাপনে স্বাক্ষর করেছেন মন্ত্রণালয়ের উপসচিব মো. মাহবুবুর রহমান। প্রজ্ঞাপনে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে, জনস্বার্থে এই আদেশ অবিলম্বে কার্যকর হবে।
