Home Affairs Adviser Lt Gen (Retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that the Indian media is spreading widespread propaganda and lies about Bangladesh. He said, the media of Bangladesh knows the truth and also exposes the truth. I request you to expose the counter truth against their lies. Then those who are spreading propaganda will get limescale on their faces.

He said this while talking to reporters after visiting the grave of Abu Sayeed, who was killed in the anti-discrimination student movement in Babunpur, Pirganj, Rangpur on Monday (December 2) and inquiring about his family.

The Home Affairs Adviser said, he has no information about the ban on ISKCON. He will know if there is a plan. If someone is involved in a case in a harassing manner, the victim will definitely be released. He also said that a committee has been formed in coordination with the police and DCs for this purpose.

The Home Affairs Adviser will hold a meeting with divisional law enforcement officers at the Rangpur Police Lines Auditorium in the afternoon. He is scheduled to meet with divisional agriculture officers in the afternoon.
