Recognizing the Secretariat as the nerve center of the country's administration, the ministry emphasized that the security of every building and premises inside the Secretariat is of utmost importance. These measures have been introduced to ensure continuous discipline and safety around the clock.
According to the order, all processions, rallies, and mass gatherings inside the Secretariat are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized meetings or assemblies, including those of professional organizations or associations, are banned in ministry or department conference rooms. Officials who need to stay inside the Secretariat after 6.00pm for urgent official work must inform the Ministry of Home Affairs in advance. Additionally, staying inside the Secretariat on weekly holidays or other off days for official purposes requires prior approval from the Ministry.
All officers and employees are required to visibly display their entry passes while inside the Secretariat. Distribution of leaflets, as well as hanging or placing banners or festoons inside any building or premises, is forbidden. Security personnel on duty are responsible for conducting thorough security checks on vehicles and individuals entering the Secretariat.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has called upon all personnel and visitors to strictly adhere to these directives to maintain a safe and orderly environment within the Secretariat.
