The evaluation of answer scripts for the 2025 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations has been completed. Preparations for the results are now underway. By law, public exam results must be published within 60 days of the written exams. Accordingly, the boards will release results before 18 October. Professor S M Kamal Uddin Haider, controller of examinations at Dhaka Education Board and convenor of the Inter-Education Board Exam Regulatory Committee, confirmed the matter on Tuesday morning. This year, 12,51,111 students appeared across 11 boards, including 6,18,015 boys and 6,33,096 girls. Exams were held at 2,797 centres nationwide, with Dhaka Board hosting the largest number of candidates—2,91,241.

আগামী ১৮ অক্টোবরের আগেই প্রকাশ করা হবে ২০২৫ সালের উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক সার্টিফিকেট (এইচএসসি) ও সমমানের পরীক্ষার ফল। পরীক্ষা শেষ হওয়ার পর উত্তরপত্র মূল্যায়নের কাজ এরই মধ্যে শেষ হয়েছে। এখন&nbsp;ফল প্রকাশের প্রস্তুতি চলছে। নিয়ম অনুযায়ী, লিখিত পরীক্ষা শেষ হওয়ার ৬০ দিনের মধ্যে পরীক্ষার ফল প্রকাশ করার বাধ্যবাধকতা রয়েছে। সেই বিধি অনুসারেই শিক্ষা বোর্ডগুলো নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ফল প্রকাশ করবে। মঙ্গলবার (৭ অক্টোবর) সকালে ঢাকা শিক্ষা বোর্ডের পরীক্ষা নিয়ন্ত্রক এবং আন্তঃশিক্ষা বোর্ড পরীক্ষা নিয়ন্ত্রক কমিটির আহ্বায়ক অধ্যাপক এস এম কামাল উদ্দিন হায়দার এই তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেন। এ বছর ১১টি শিক্ষা বোর্ডের অধীনে মোট ১২ লাখ ৫১ হাজার ১১১ জন শিক্ষার্থী এইচএসসি ও সমমানের পরীক্ষায় অংশ নেন। তাদের মধ্যে ছাত্রের সংখ্যা ৬ লাখ ১৮ হাজার ১৫ এবং ছাত্রীর সংখ্যা ৬ লাখ ৩৩ হাজার ৯৬ জন। সারা দেশে মোট ২ হাজার ৭৯৭টি কেন্দ্রে এই পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। এর মধ্যে ঢাকা বোর্ডেই সর্বোচ্চসংখ্যক—২ লাখ ৯১ হাজার ২৪১ জন পরীক্ষার্থী অংশ নিয়েছেন।
