I will live with the spirit of Liberation War and Bangabandhu till death: Kader Siddique

Former Member of Parliament Abdul Latif Siddique and journalist Manjurul Alam Panna, arrested in a case filed under the Anti-Terrorism Act with Shahbagh Police Station in Dhaka, have been granted bail by the High Court today

At that time, Bangabir Abdul Kader Siddique said, “I fought the Liberation War chanting ‘Joy Bangla’. I fought under the leadership of Bangabandhu. Bangabandhu is my devotion, my meditation, and my belief. As long as I live, I will live with the Liberation War, with independence, and with Bangabandhu.”

He made the remarks while speaking to journalists at the High Court premises on Thursday, November 6.

Kader Siddique said, “We still have faith in the judiciary. The bail granted to Latif Bhai today proves that ordinary people’s trust in the judiciary still exists. I urge the government to act wisely and release those who are still unjustly imprisoned in this case.”
