JaPa Press Secretary resigns

Khandaker Delwar Jalali, Press Secretary to Jatiya Party Chairman Golam Mohammad Quader, has resigned from his post.

He announced the decision in a letter to the party chairman on Monday (September 1), citing personal difficulties and shortcomings in managing the party’s press wing.

Jalali, who joined the Jatiya Party in 2018 as Deputy Press Secretary under late party founder and former President Hussain Muhammad Ershad, later served as Press Secretary to Quader following Ershad’s death.

In his resignation letter, Jalali acknowledged weaknesses in the press wing’s activities and took responsibility, while extending his best wishes for the chairman’s success, good health, and long life.
