Jubo Dal expels six leaders in Satkhira for organisational breaches
The Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal has expelled six leaders from Ashashuni upazila in Satkhira for defying party directives and engaging in activities deemed detrimental to the organisation.
The decision was taken on Tuesday night (January 27) in line with a resolution of the Jubo Dal central executive committee.
Those expelled are Ashashuni upazila Jubo Dal convener Shariful Ahsan Tokon; joint conveners Md Hafizul Islam Hafiz and Firoz Ahmed Joj; Shobhanali union Jubo Dal convener Mizanur Rahman; Baradal union Jubo Dal convener Md Shariful Islam Sharif; and Khajra union Jubo Dal joint convener Rafzan Jani Rasel.
All six have been relieved of their organisational posts, including primary membership.
The expulsion orders were executed by Jubo Dal central president Abdul Monayem Munna and general secretary Mohammad Nurul Islam Noyon.
In a press release, the organisation said it would bear no responsibility for any activities carried out by the expelled leaders and instructed leaders and activists at all levels to refrain from maintaining any organisational contact with them.
