Flash march by banned Chhatra League in Feni
A flash march was held in Feni under the banner of the banned Chhatra League. The march was brought out on Friday morning around 7:30 am in the Lalpool area of Feni Sadar on the Dhaka-Chattogram highway, under the banner of the Feni Government College unit Chhatra League. Police have said legal action will be taken against those involved.
Attempted rally by banned Awami League in Pallabi, 17 arrested
Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have arrested 17 leaders and activists of the proscribed Awami League, Chhatra League and Jubo League over allegations of attempting to hold a rally in the Mirpur-12 area under Pallabi Police Station in the capital. A banner, a microbus and two mobile phones were seized during the operation.
