Khaleda Zia seeks nationwide prayers for recovery

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia has sought prayers from the people of Bangladesh as she continues to receive treatment at the capital's Evercare Hospital.

BNP media cell member Shairul Kabir Khan shared the information on Monday (November 24), quoting her personal physician and BNP Standing Committee member Prof. Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain.

He said the medical board is closely monitoring her condition and providing necessary treatment.

Dr. Zahid Hossain stated that Khaleda Zia has asked the nation to pray for her recovery, seeking blessings for her swift return to good health.

The BNP Chairperson was admitted to the hospital on Sunday night and has since been under intensive supervision of the medical board.

Khaleda Zia returned to Bangladesh on May 6 after spending 117 days in London for advanced medical treatment. Since then, she has been visiting Evercare Hospital regularly for follow-up checkups.
