Khaleda Zia, Tarique Rahman invited to 'July Declaration' ceremony

The government will hold the 'July Declaration' ceremony this afternoon at 5:00 PM on Manik Mia Avenue in the capital. BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia and Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman have been invited to attend the event as special guests.

Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Chief Adviser to the interim government, is scheduled to attend as the chief guest.

According to Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP’s media cell, a five-member delegation from the party will attend the ceremony under the leadership of Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir. The delegation will include Standing Committee members Mirza Abbas, Dr. Abdul Moyeen Khan, Nazrul Islam Khan, and Salahuddin Ahmed.

Additionally, BNP Chairperson’s adviser Ismail Zabihullah, Chhatra Dal President Rakibul Islam Rakib, and General Secretary Nasir Uddin Nasir have also been invited to the event.

The ceremony is expected to underscore the significance of the July Declaration in the current political context, with participation from key political figures.
