Khaleda Zia to return to Dhaka at 10:30am Tuesday

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will arrive in Dhaka from London at 10:30am on Tuesday, May 6, said BNP Chairperson's Press Wing member Shairul Kabir Khan.

She will depart from London on Monday in a special air ambulance provided by the Emir of Qatar and arrive in Dhaka on Tuesday morning, he confirmed on Sunday morning (May 4).

Dr AZM Zahid, BNP Chairperson's personal physician and a member of the party's standing committee, also confirmed the information.

Earlier, at 12:15am on Saturday, the BNP Media Wing issued a message to the media announcing that Khaleda Zia is set to return to Dhaka on Tuesday. However, the exact timing of her arrival was not specified.

Khaleda Zia traveled to London on January 8 for advanced medical treatment. After learning about her health condition, Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani arranged a special aircraft from the royal fleet to facilitate her journey. She flew to London aboard that specially equipped air ambulance.
