Kuwait lifts import ban on frozen products from Bangladesh

Kuwait has lifted its ban on imports of all frozen poultry, meat products, and eggs from Bangladesh, the Bangladeshi Embassy in Kuwait confirmed.

The announcement was made in a press release issued by the embassy on Thursday (January 15).

The embassy statement noted that the previous restriction imposed by the Kuwaiti government on frozen chicken, meat items, and eggs from Bangladesh has now been removed.

The move allows Bangladeshi expatriate businessmen in Kuwait to resume imports of these products from Bangladesh. The embassy has urged all relevant business communities to take note of the updated import regulations.
