Bangladesh Army Lieutenant Colonel Sami-ud-Daula Chowdhury has been appointed as Director of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). This information was informed in a notification signed by Abdullah Arif Mohammad, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, on Tuesday (July 3). Lt Col Sami-ud-Daula Chowdhury will replace the current ISPR director Lt Col Abu Haider Mohammad Raseluzzaman. According to the notification, this order issued in public interest will be effective immediately.

আন্তঃবাহিনী জনসংযোগ পরিদফতরের (আইএসপিআর) পরিচালক পদে নিয়োগ পেয়েছেন বাংলাদেশ সেনাবাহিনীর লেফটেন্যান্ট কর্নেল সামি-উদ-দৌলা চৌধুরী। মঙ্গলবার (৩ জুলাই) জনপ্রশাসন মন্ত্রণালয়ের উপসচিব আব্দুল্লাহ আরিফ মোহাম্মদ স্বাক্ষরিত এক প্রজ্ঞাপনে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়েছে। লেফটেন্যান্ট কর্নেল সামি-উদ-দৌলা চৌধুরী বর্তমান আইএসপিআর পরিচালক লেফটেন্যান্ট কর্নেল আবু হায়দার মোহাম্মদ রাসেলুজ্জামানের স্থলাভিষিক্ত হবেন। প্রজ্ঞাপনে বলা হয়েছে, জনস্বার্থে জারিকৃত এ আদেশ অবিলম্বে কার্যকর হবে।
