Lutfuzzaman Babar nominated for Netrakona-4

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has nominated former state minister Lutfuzzaman Babar as its candidate for Netrakona-4 in the upcoming 13th national election.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced the party’s list of 237 candidates at the Chairperson’s office in Gulshan on Monday evening (November 3).

The party has announced it as a primary list for now, which may see some changes later.

"The announced names should be considered the most appropriate selections at this stage," Fakhrul said.
