Mahin announces to besiege law adviser’s office

Mahin Sarkar, a member of the executive committee of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, has announced to besiege office of the Law Adviser, saying that the government has taken a stand against the wishes of the people of the country by delaying the formation of a commission to ensure justice in the BDR massacre. He said that the program will be held at 11 am on Tuesday with the families of the victims of the BDR murder.

He made this announcement in a Facebook post on Monday evening.

Meanwhile, Hasnat Abdullah, the convener of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, expressed solidarity with coordinator Mahin. He wrote, I am for my brother Mahin. The BDR massacre must be tried. (Hashtag) ‘IMWithMahin’.

Earlier, Mahin Sarkar wrote in a Facebook post, As a minor partner in the July mass uprising, I, Mahin Sarkar, will besiege the office of the Law Adviser on Tuesday (December 17th) along with the families of the victims of the BDR murder. Even if no one goes with me, even if not a single person in the whole of Bangladesh is on my side, I will not back down from this firm stand of mine.
