Major General Osman Sarwar made new DG of NTMC

Ahead of the national election, the government has reshuffled the leadership of the National Telecommunication Monitoring Centre (NTMC). Brigadier General Mohammad Osman Sarwar has been promoted to the rank of Major General and appointed as the new Director General of NTMC. He replaces Major General Abdul Quayum Mollah.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification on Sunday, November 10, stating that Mohammad Osman Sarwar’s service has been transferred from the Bangladesh Army to the Ministry of Home Affairs. At the same time, arrangements have been made to return Major General Abdul Quayum Mollah to the Army.
