A massive fire broke out at the LPG gas pump in Cox's Bazar city's Kalatali area. The horrific incident took place around 10:20 pm on Wednesday (February 25). Soon after, the gas from the pump spread throughout the city, and several houses in the Adarshgram area have been burnt so far. Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Cox's Bazar Sadar Model Police Station, Chhami Uddin, confirmed the matter. Locals, including 5 units of the Fire Service, are working to control the fire that created panic in the entire city.

কক্সবাজার শহরের কলাতলী এলপিজি গ্যাস পাম্পে ভয়াবহ আগুনের লেগেছে। বুধবার (২৫ ফেব্রুয়ারি) রাত ১০ টা ২০ এর দিকে ভয়াবহ এ ঘটনা ঘটে। এর পরেই প্যাম্পের গ্যাস শহরে ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে, এখন পর্যন্ত আদর্শগ্রাম এলাকার কয়েকটি ঘর পুড়ে গেছে। কক্সবাজার সদর মডেল থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা (ওসি) ছমি উদ্দিন বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করেছেন। ফায়ার সার্ভিসের ৫ টি ইউনিট সহ স্থানীয়রা আগুন নিয়ন্ত্রণে কাজ করছেন, পুরো শহরে আতঙ্ক তৈরি হয়েছে।
