Maulana Saad's followers enter Kakrail Mosque

The followers of Maulana Muhammad Saad Kandhalvi from Dehli's Nizamuddin, have entered the Kakrail Mosque, the Tabligh Jamaat's headquarters in Bangladesh, and are currently staying there. A large group of Saad's followers arrived at the mosque after 8:00 am on Friday.

Earlier, the followers of Saad had announced their intention to enter and stay at the Kakrail Mosque, leading to increased security in the area from the morning.

Thousands of followers of Saad entered Dhaka this morning with the intention of staying at Kakrail Mosque. They began their journey towards the mosque from various parts of the capital and nearby areas.

Around 8:30 am, thousands of Saad supporters were seen walking in rows towards the mosque, passing through Agargaon, Farmgate, and Kawran Bazar.

According to sources, although the Nizam followers (supporters of Maulana Zubair) were expected to leave Kakrail Mosque this morning, most had already left the mosque last night. Only a few remained in the morning and handed over control of the mosque to the authorities. After receiving responsibility for the mosque from the DC of Ramna Masud Alam, Maulana Saad’s followers entered the mosque.
