Measles–rubella vaccination campaign launched in Dhaka

State Minister for Health and Family Welfare MA Muhit inaugurated a special vaccination program to prevent measles-rubella in the capital Dhaka.

The program was formally launched at a program organized at Ershad Field in Banani area of ​​the capital on Sunday morning (April 12).

The inaugural program was presided over by Brigadier General Imrul Kayes, Chief Health Officer of Dhaka North City Corporation. BNP National Executive Committee member Abdus Sattar Patwary and various high-ranking officials of the Health and Local Government Department were present as special guests.

Also present were Director General of the Department of Health Professor Prabhat Chandra Biswas, Chief Executive Officer of Dhaka North City Corporation Mohammad Asaduzzaman, Secretary of the Local Government Department Mohammad Shahidul Hasan and Administrator of DACC Shakiful Islam Milton.
