On the holy day of Eid-ul-Azha, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has called for building a Bangladesh free of equality and discrimination from Thakurgaon.

After offering Eid prayers at Thakurgaon Central Eidgah, he said that the real lesson of sacrifice is sacrifice, humanity and standing by the helpless people on Thursday morning (May 28).

He also said that standing by the poor, distressed and discriminated people of the country is the demand of the time to build a Bangladesh of equality.

After the Eid congregation, he exchanged greetings with the devotees. At that time, a large number of devotees were seen present at the Central Eidgah on the grounds of Thakurgaon Government Boys High School.
