Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) and Green Delta Insurance PLC have launched digital onboarding for Non-Life Insurance via Bancassurance branch network. This initiative streamlines processes and improves customer convenience by providing fully digital insurance services at branch locations. Senior officials from both organizations, including divisional heads and leadership from Bancassurance, Digital, IT, and Brand divisions, attended the launch ceremony. This initiative strengthens the Bancassurance partnership between MTB and Green Delta and enables the organisations to deliver secure, efficient digital insurance services across Bangladesh.

মিউচুয়াল ট্রাস্ট ব্যাংক পিএলসি (এমটিবি) এবং গ্রিন ডেল্টা ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি পিএলসি যৌথভাবে ব্যাংকাসুরেন্স নেটওয়ার্কের আওতায় নন-লাইফ ইন্স্যুরেন্সের ডিজিটাল অনবোর্ডিং কার্যক্রম চালু করেছে। এই উদ্যোগের ফলে গ্রাহকরা এমটিবির শাখা থেকেই সহজ ও দ্রুত ডিজিটাল প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে বীমা সুবিধা গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন। অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন এমটিবির উপব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও হেড অব রিটেইল ব্যাংকিং ডিভিশন মো. শাফকাত হোসেন, উপব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ও হেড অব ব্রাঞ্চ ব্যাংকিং ডিভিশন আবদুল মাননান, গ্রিন ডেল্টা ইন্স্যুরেন্সের অ্যাডিশনাল ম্যানেজিং ডিরেক্টর সৈয়দ মইনুদ্দিন আহমেদ এবং গ্রিন ডেল্টা সিকিউরিটিজ লিমিটেডের এমডি ও সিইও ওয়াফি শফিক মেনহাজ খান। এছাড়া উভয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্যাংকাসুরেন্স, ডিজিটাল ও আইটি এবং ব্র্যান্ড বিভাগসমূহের প্রতিনিধিরাও উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এমটিবি জানায়, প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর এই উদ্যোগ গ্রাহকদের জন্য বীমা গ্রহণ প্রক্রিয়াকে আরও সহজলভ্য করেছে। গ্রিন ডেল্টা ইন্স্যুরেন্সের কর্মকর্তারা বলেন, এ কার্যক্রম ব্যাংকাসুরেন্স অংশীদারিত্বকে নতুন উচ্চতায় নিয়ে গেছে এবং সারা দেশে নিরাপদ ও কার্যকর বীমা সেবা সম্প্রসারণে নতুন দিগন্ত উন্মোচন করেছে।
