Online primary teacher transfer application begins

The application process for transfer of assistant teachers of government primary schools has started from Sunday. This process of inter-upazila or thana (within the same upazila/thana) transfer of teachers will be conducted online.

According to the notification of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, the entire process of inter-upazila or thana online transfer of assistant teachers of government primary schools will be conducted from January 20 to February 10. The application and other documents of the applicant will be verified as per the latest 'Integrated Online Transfer Guidelines, 2023' issued by the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education on October 10, 2023.

The conditions for transfer are as follows; teachers will choose a maximum of three schools in order of preference. However, if a teacher does not have multiple choices, he/she can choose only one or two schools. If a transfer order is issued in view of the application, no application will be accepted later to cancel it. The verification officer will verify the application and other documents of the applicant as per the latest ‘Integrated Online Transfer Guidelines, 2023’ issued by the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education on October 10, 2023 and issue a letter of approval. The verification officer will verify carefully. After verification and sending, any request for reconsideration will not be accepted.

There is no guarantee of transfer according to the order of preference of the applicant. Since the choices of multiple applicants are selected through software, there is no scope for any intervention.
