A parked bus caught fire in the Pallabi area of the capital on Saturday night. The incident occurred around 8:00pm. According to the control room of the Fire Service Headquarters, the fire broke out in a bus belonging to Bikalpo Paribahan that was parked on Ceramic Goli in Pallabi at approximately 7:45pm. Upon receiving the report, a unit of the fire service promptly arrived at the scene and extinguished the blaze. Police have yet to confirm whether the fire was an act of sabotage or an accident. Pallabi Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shafiul Islam stated that an investigation into the incident is underway.

রাজধানীর পল্লবীতে পার্কিং করা একটি বাসে অগ্নিকাণ্ডের ঘটনা ঘটেছে। শনিবার রাত ৮টার সময় এ ঘটনা ঘটে। ফায়ার সার্ভিসের সদর দপ্তরের নিয়ন্ত্রণ কক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়, শনিবার রাত পৌনে ৮টার দিকে পল্লবীর সিরামিক গলিতে পার্কিং করা বিকল্প পরিবহনের একটি বাসে আগুন লাগে। খবর পেয়ে ফায়ার সার্ভিসের একটি ইউনিট ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছে আগুন নেভায়। এটি নাশকতা নাকি দুর্ঘটনা তা নিশ্চিত হতে পারেনি পুলিশ। পল্লবী থানার ওসি শফিউল ইসলাম বলেন, আগুনের ঘটনায় তদন্ত শুরু হয়েছে।
